OMG I am Truley fat!!!

Ok.. my weigh in was not pretty and to be honest I am very ashamed of myself. Are you ready for it..... drum role... Fat Bastard.... 22stone 1lb 😲. I told you it's not pretty.
On a better note I weighed myself again tonight and I am down over 1lb in one day. At least it's going in the right direction now.
I have also ordered a pair of cycling bib tights. Just envisage a fat chap in a mankini with legs and that is what I am going to be wearing... oh yeah, think of that when you go to bed. I might even post a picture.
